Jurisdiction and applicable law

The relationship between you and Embright will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without respect to its conflict of law provisions. The exclusive venue for any dispute between you and Embright will rest in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington.

These Site Terms and Conditions of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and Embright relating to this Site. There is no agency, partnership or joint venture relationship between any user and Embright arising solely through the use of this Site. These Site Terms and Conditions of Use are binding upon your successors, assigns, heirs and executors. If any provision of these Site Terms and Conditions of Use is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Site Terms and Conditions of Use, which shall remain in full force and effect.
